The Cardington is a classic design inspired by a traditional saddle bag. A rounded silhouette with easy access make this an ideal everyday companion. It snaps shut with a hidden magnet under the buckle and will fit your essential phone, keys and purse combination. This mini version is made from softly polished full grain leather and is lined in our signature Tusting jacquard.

CARDINGTON'S STORY

A bag with true Tusting heritage, the Cardington has been with us in many coats since the beginning of our leathergoods brand. Currently available in two great sizes, this cute shoulder bag is named after the Bedfordshire village where the R100 and R101 airships were built in staggeringly enormous hangars.

The British equivalent of the Zeppelin airships, these incredible creations represented the golden age of travel, linking Britain to the four corners of the world. It always raises a smile that, despite being named for something so enormous, the Cardington is one of our smallest bags. It’s also one of our most popular – and it’s not difficult to see why.

BESPOKE & PERSONALISATION

All Tusting bags are hand-crafted in our Lavendon workshop. By special order, we can make your bag even more unique by personalising it, or we can create a bespoke colourway from our set of leathers. So whether it is a personalised message inside the bag, embossed initials or a special colour combination, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Exceptional leather and quality

I bought the folio with handles, exceptional and slim design. The interior really shines and contrasts well with the black color I chose. Definitely understated and stylish at the same time. Construction of both stitching and zippers shows it will last a long time if not outlast me! Would highly recommend.
