Materials

Crafted from carefully selected bovine hides, full-grain Mini Hollys have a softly polished finish – our glossy Atlantic leather allows the natural beauty and richness of the hide to show and is a perfect leather for handbags; it is light, durable and yet beautifully natural. 

Suede versions are made from fine Italian suede whose beautiful colours are dyed all the way through for maximum resilience. Suede will benefit from a light treatment of suede protector before you first use it – our favourite is Renapur’s Suede and Nubuck Protector.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders swiftly and in-stock items will usually be dispatched within one business day. However, please bear in mind that we handcraft all our products here at Tusting HQ and intentionally hold low volumes of finished stock. We continuously make small batches of all items in our range, and most orders are sent out within just a few days of receipt. If there will be a delay of more a week before dispatch, we'll be in touch to ask if this may be a problem for you. Please allow for extra time if you have asked for your item to be personalised.

We ship everything by express service. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch – often much faster. Shipping is free for UK orders; international charges vary by location. Please click here for more information.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Bespoke orders or items ordered with bespoke alterations (including personalised initials or messages) cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our full returns policy and how-to advice here.

INHERENTLY SUSTAINABLE

All Tusting leathers begin as a by-product of the food industry and are upcycled for us by expert leather makers. This suede is made in an Italian tannery, which is gold-rated – the highest certification awarded for environmental protection – by the international oversight body, the Leather Working Group. Our products are all hand-crafted in our own English workshop by artisans with generational experience; they are made slowly with great care and go directly to our customers, to give a long and useful life with the minimum impact on the environment in mind.

BESPOKE & PERSONALISATION

All Tusting bags are hand-crafted in our Lavendon workshop. By special order, we can make your bag even more unique by personalising it, or we can create a bespoke colourway from our set of leathers. So whether it is a personalised message inside the bag, embossed initials or a special colour combination, don’t hesitate to contact us.
