Our square valet tray is a must have to keep you organised for your everyday and when you’re on the road. It is a sleek desk or bedside table accessory. Unfasten the studs to fully collapse the tray and store neatly, it is the perfect place to store keys, jewellery and other miscellaneous items.

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders swiftly and in-stock items will usually be dispatched within one business day. However, please bear in mind that we handcraft all our products here at Tusting HQ and intentionally hold low volumes of finished stock. We continuously make small batches of all items in our range, and most orders are sent out within just a few days of receipt. If there will be a delay of more a week before dispatch, we'll be in touch to ask if this may be a problem for you. Please allow for extra time if you have asked for your item to be personalised.

We ship everything by express service. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch – often much faster. Returns:

Extended Christmas Returns
For the festive season, we have an extended returns period. Purchases made from 05/11/24 can be returned until 17th January. Just a reminder: all other return conditions still apply (see below).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Bespoke orders or items ordered with bespoke alterations (including personalised initials or messages) cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our full returns policy and how-to advice here.
